The Week So Far

By Gregory Low - December 12, 2014

I decided to make this Blog post as I'm too boring for anyone to hang out with, mainly because everyone's serving their time in National Service or in the military for short.

So, all I am really doing is just being my usual self, gloriously browsing through the internet for things to read, things to learn and things to actually do, which revolves around YouTube and more YouTube. Oh and Facebook too.

First off, I'm typing all this down on my NEW laptop ! Well technically it's not "new" as in I bought another laptop, but it's new because all my junk and other stuff has all been deleted and the laptop is now fresh like from the box.

What happened was that about 2-3 days ago, I decided that it was too ultimately boring to continue playing Clash Of Clans on my Android phone anymore. So, I downloaded BlueStacks, a software that allows you to open up an Android emulator on your laptop and start doing whatever you would normally do with your phone.

Once the software was completed downloading and installing, my Google Chrome crashed. I attempted to open it again, and all of a sudden, I opened up Mozilla Firefox. First, in the everlasting fluff (I don't know why I said that) I have never ever used Mozilla Firefox, unless we're talking about the laptop in my grandma's house that's all worn out.

Somehow, my Google Chrome evolved into Mozilla Firefox. Now, I'm not a Firefox user or lover, but pardon me when I say that the whole situation was equivalent to a Gyarados evolving back into a Magikarp. It was THAT bad.

DISCLAIMER : Gyarados and Magikarp are the trademark properties of Pokemon. I have noting to do with them whatsoever.

I looked up solutions online on the Internet but no one else seemed to have the similar problems as I was facing horrendously. What was even worse was when none of my Windows applications were working, such as my PC Settings and Task Manager. Nothing was working.

I expected that a Trojan virus managed to sneak it's way into my laptop and start fuzzing the whole thing up, so I downloaded about 2-3 different malware and virus searchers which traced nothing. Absolutely nothing. The horror was starting to get to me.

I was gonna abandon ship and let everything die until the only solution that popped into my head was to delete everything. So I did. The process was long, and I was really really sad as there were some files that I just couldn't save, either it was too big to be transferred to my external hard drive, or I just couldn't open up the file as it was all corrupted for some weird reason.

Managed to delete everything and restart all fresh and here I am, using a great new laptop, that can't download Windows 8.1 and I have no clue as to why -_-

Other than that, I'm gonna do a review of the recent trilogy that I watched.

The "Species" trilogy

It's basically like Aliens vs Predator but it's just one sided as there's only one alien race, which was unnamed so I'm just gonna call them Half-Breed. Or maybe they did name them, I didn't really pay attention.

As a super crazy nerd of all things sci-fi, I expected this trilogy to be amazing ! It was a disaster. But, it wasn't a total disaster. I guess the whole purpose of the movie was to enjoy people being brutually killed by aliens and fap to all the sex scenes that the movie has to offer, and there are 4 movies altogether.

All 4 of the movies feature 70% porn , 20% alien and killing and 10% running away and solving the case - in other words just trying to save the alien from dying and all of humanity from extinction.

The concept is somewhat of like a butterfly. First you start off as a caterpillar, in this case a small child, let it be a boy or a girl, then you start to molt or whatever you call it into a cocoon and then BOOM, boobs starts showing all over, not to mention disgusting green slime that looks like mucus.

But seriously, I thank God I didn't go and buy the whole trilogy as each DVD costs RM40, which is crazy, so I went and torrent it, which was a wise choice.

Boobs, boobs, strip tease, running away, alien kills someone, boobs , boobs , sex , it pretty much goes that way.

Sure, the alien named Eve is hot and seductive and all that stuff, but seriously, I wanted aliens not porn stars. Almost everything in the movie is sexual related, kissing, tongue, rape ( just one small scene but the raping didn't happen in the end ) and sex.

How awkward does it sound when a girl goes up to you, takes her top or dress off and you notice that she's not wearing a bra or panties and just goes up to you and whispers "I want a baby". Now, if the guy refuses then lots of alien slaughtering human scenes will occur, which mainly resulted in jump scares.

The alien from "Species"

Sarah Kerrigan aka Queen Of Blades from "StarCraft 2"

I wonder who copied who :3

Anyways, the movie based on my critique would be about 6/10 , because after a while you get quite sick of the sex scenes , since you would expect a lot of alien activity rather than just-another-porn-video - which involves aliens and most of the men dying.

There's also lots of tentacle activity so it can also be classified as hentai which means Japanese cartoon porn. Technically, I downloaded a trilogy of porn.

Hope you all have a great weekend ahead of you and a great Christmas ! Next week I'll be heading off to Melbourne WITHOUT my camera as my mum misplaced it yet again, so I guess I'll have to borrow my dad's.
