My 'How To' Guide #7 - Seeing Ghosts

By definition ghosts are the spirits of people who have died. There are no special glasses that help you see ghosts, but following these steps will increase your chances. Science would suggest that ghosts do not exist, however science has been known to be wrong. If you trust scientists, don't bother trying to see ghosts. If not, you might want to look for ghosts.

1
Find a place or a room in which you can relax. Clear your mind and keep your eyes open. It would be best to have a small source of light in the room like a candle or a flashlight in order to be able to see more clearly.

2
Be brave, if you see the ghost use the camera. Use EMF, to conform to all rules that ghosts like to use.

3
Hold your mind as free of thoughts as possible. Allow your eyes to defocus and your body to relax. Slow your eye movements and scan the room by moving your head. After a few moments you will notice parts of your visual field that you usually ignore, subtle things that are always there. As you pay attention to movement, flashes of light or color, or even a “sense” of presence, keep your eyes relaxed.

4
Talk to the ghost, with the help of a sprite box.

5
If a ghost does appear, do not be frightened. Keep calm, and try to speak to it if you like.

6
Don't be surprised if nothing happens.

Tips
Keep an open mind. If you do not believe in the supernatural and if you are not willing to see a ghost then you will most likely not see one!

Ghosts may not exist therefore you may never see one. If you think they do, you may or may not be correct. How you choose to spend your time is up to you.
