Everyone goes through stress. That's just a part of life . It's inevitable. It's there. It will come , and there's no escaping it. Life doesn't go in a straight line , as there are always ups and downs all the way. Life doesn't have an easy route , because everyone started from the bottom. True , some people are born into a rich or a royal family , but their parents had to start somewhere. And wealth doesn't last forever , it will deplete . And eventually , it's just not there anymore.
The whole purpose of this Blog update is basically to address the situation of people in the state of depression. Yes , life is tough , but don't let that drag you down to the brink of depression. Talk to someone , someone you trust . They'll always be there for you , no questions asked.
Noted , your parents might not exactly understand you , because they grew up in a different environment compared to you , so they'll have difficulties connecting with you. Also , parents are very fond of turning normal discussions into life lectures. It can be a pain , and really annoying * stares at my grandma and dad * but they mean good for you , and that's all that matters at the end of the day.
Just picture a tunnel , a very dark tunnel. You're all alone. That's how life is. Things can be really shallow , dark , alone , scary , and everything in between , but we're all living things , and we all have to go through the same things.
I speak based on my own personal experiences with depression. It's not fun to go through , obviously . But someway , somehow , life seems to find a way to ruin your day in a very deep way. It's your own will and determination to try and get up on your feet again and keep moving on.
To think that you'd just give up after trying once , you'll never exceed , or even proceed anywhere. You'll just be stuck at the first point in life , without any progress. And without any progress , you cannot move on. Everyone would have completed tons of their own journeys , while you're still contemplating on the fact of if you should try to get back up and complete your own life goals.
Yes , nothing comes easy. Everything requires you to pour in your blood , sweat and tears. But after all that struggle , after all that pain ~ you'll find your rainbow. It's there , but you have to earn it. If you're reading this now , it means you have access to technology. It means you have access to a smart phone , a tablet , or a laptop. You have access to some of the advanced privileges in life. Now think about the people who are not so technologically advanced . They've never seen your favorite childhood cartoons , they've never seen any of the blockbuster movies , and they've never heard any of the newly released music.
BUT , these people always have a smile on their faces. Why ? Because they're acceptant. They're willing to accept the fact that this is their life , and they're just always grateful to being able to live yet another day on Earth. They're grateful that although their life might not be as good as other people , but they learn to move on. They don't give up , they push themselves. They push themselves to become greater , to become stronger , to have the will to continue with life , until their very last breath. They don't blame anyone , they don't blame fate , they don't blame luck , they're acceptant.
Now , I'm not a mind reader , so those facts won't be exactly accurate , but just reflect back to yourself. You're upset . You were upset. Why ? Is the world unjust to you ? Is your friends unjust to you ? Is your family unjust to you ? Is your coworkers , boss , employees unjust to you ? Is your teacher unjust to you ? Or are you unjust to yourself ?
People will tend to put you down , it's a fact that will happen , no matter how much you try to avoid it ~ it just happens. But don't confine in your own safety bubble. Expand , accept , explore. The world is beautiful . The people are beautiful. There are countless of beautiful things to be seen , to be felt , to be explored. Life is amazing .
Depression always knocks you down , like a rock. It will press against you with all it's might. It will drain you of all hope that you might even be able to recuperate from this situation. But , depression is a just a term that you would use to tell yourself that you're not good enough . That you're weak. That you don't have anyone by your side. You're invisible.
The fact is , you're not invisible. It's just your subconsciousness telling you that everyone is unseen , that you're unseen , and the only thing that's really visible is this dark aura surrounding you .
See , life works it's course in a very complex way. Things don't always go the way you want them to go. But , hold on to hope. As there is always the light at the end of the tunnel. Challenges will be all around , all over , awaiting for you to succumb to them , and will try it's best to keep you down. But you're not weak , you're strong . Be confident in yourself , and never lose track of hope.
" I'm useless " , " I'm stupid " , " I'm not good enough " . WRONG . You're the best there is. You're the ONLY one there is . Why do you downgrade your own self ? Why do you justify yourself to the brink of where you're not worth existing. Why do you think , that you're useless ? I can repeat this over and over again , that life has it's ups and downs , but that's not the end of the road. Life goes on , till the day you die , and the day after that , and many days to come.
You're made for a purpose. You might think that you're just a regular couch potato , doing nothing significantly useful with the life that's been given to you , and yes - you're not doing anything , BUT ~ why ? The question here is , why ? You have dreams . You can imagine yourself being successful . You can imagine yourself owning everything you've ever wanted in life . But what are you doing to achieve it ? By sulking on your life ? That's a bit low , even for you.
Death is not the answer . It never is. Live . Keep living. Stand up straight , and keep walking. Keep pushing forward. Never say never. Never give up. Hold on to hope. Always say that you can , even though you think that you can't. You're special. You're YOU . You can do anything you want. Don't conform to social norms and be someone that someone else tells you to be. Live your life the way YOU want to live it.
